Caring for Your Teeth After Teeth Whitening

Unfortunately, if you don’t care for your smile well after it is whitened, you could quickly find yourself unhappy with your results again. Unfortunately, popular beverages such as red wine, coffee, citrus juices like orange juice, and colas are likely to stain your teeth. Luckily, there are a few things you can do if you hate the idea of going without these drinks. Arguable, the most important thing you can do is use a straw.

Arguably, the most important thing you can do is avoid smoking. Similarly, there are certain staining foods that you should avoid eating. For example, please avoid hard candies—especially the kind that stains your mouth or your tongue. Also, foods like cherries, blueberries, and beets. After you eat, please remember to brush your teeth.
